Day Two

I'm running a bit low on time this morning. I still set aside five minutes to just be with myself this morning.

I started by saying good morning.

And then, being there with myself, I let my brain go. It was a blank space with just me in it. With it may be a better term.

Me with me.

I noticed my eyes, and my wrinkles underneath them. I noticed my shape and form. I didn't try to make any ideas on these observations: I just saw what I am. I see what I am in the now.

When my five minute alarm went off, I said "Thank you." for sharing the time with myself.

And, so the day begins.
